Flying Pig - Super Bowl Wings!!

Man, oh man, oh boy! The wings were flying on Super Bowl Sunday.

For two years now, Flying Pig has lit up the barrels and pit-roasted jumbo wings for the masses. And when we say jumbo, we mean JUMBO!

It all begins at 4am as the alarm goes off.

Arriving at 4:30, we get the barrels lit up and glowing hot coals shining in the pre-dawn hours.

We then load them up with our wings, that have brined in our blend of salts, sugars and spices overnight.

The apple and pecan woods are loaded in and the tops closed as we start the low and slow roasting process.

Wings are ready by 9am, when we sauce each order to your liking. And not just any ol' sauce will do.

We offer a selection of mild to wild Flying Pig hot sauces that have been lacto-fermented for months with the addition of raw honey, ancho chiles and spices. Guests simply take them home and reheat for the game.

Flying Pig - Rock-toberfest

DEFINITELY NOT YOUR PAPA'S OOM-PA-PA!

Again, The Water Witch Band joined us for a rockin' good time out on the lawn for our 2nd year (2023 was indoors, but just as fun!)

Big Warm Pretzels, Bratwursts, Currywurst, German Potato Salad, German Fried Potatoes, Sauerbraten and BYO Beers!

Flying Pig - Annual All Saints Auction

Every year, All Saints hosts a charity auction like no other.

Baskets line the walls of "The Big Top".

 

A wine, beer and mocktail bar keeps busy. Inventive Flying Pig food stations, like a Mac and Cheese Waffle Cone Bar, a S'mores Bar,

Butter Boards with Freshly Baked Biscuits along with the ubiquitous Shrimp Cocktails and Relish Boards loaded with cured meats, cheeses, toasts and pickled items.

 

And hey, let's not forget the Bagna Cauda Station, loaded with roasted vegetables just waiting to be bathed in our warm roasted garlic and anchovy olive oil!  CLICK ME

Harry's 7-Course Supper Club Dinner w Wine Pairings

Harry's Secret Supper Club pulled out all the stops for this one!

Guests arrived to find an aperitif bar, complete with hors d'oeuvres and live piano music featuring 1940's jazz standards (think Bing, Sammie, Etta, Dino and Frank).

 

Once everyone has had a chance to relax into the evening, we welcomed them into the cozy, candlelit dining room to enjoy 7 wonderful courses...each complimented by the perfect wine, served by our sommelier.

 

Once dinner ended, our guests tip-toed back into the bar to enjoy after dinner wines along with desserts, laughter and an assortment of hand-selected cheeses.

 

We then bid them "Bon Chance" as our piano man played them to the door.  "Until next time our friends" CLICK ME

Harry's Bourbon and Steak Dinner with Danny's

Bourbon and Dry-Aged Ribeye...what a great combination!

Harry's Secret Supper Club joined Danny's Steak House in Red Bank for a phenomenal evening of beef and bourbon.

Guests enjoyed Harry's port wine washed, 40-Day dry aged ribeye steaks, paired with premium bourbons from our friends at Buffalo Trace.

 

Blanton's Gold, WL Weller 12 year and EH Taylor Warehouse C headlined the evening, while perfectly grilled steaks complimented with sautéed foraged mushrooms, smoked stilton and caramelized cippolini left our guests speechless...they were too busy placing slices of beef in their smiling mouths.
