The response to the pickled items that he used in his award-winning dishes was profound.
Sweet Heat is the culmination of those many years of experimentation with all things fermented.
Combining his favorite chiles, premium liquors, hand-toasted spices, natural flavorings, and raw honey has resulted in some of the most delicious hot sauces that you will find anywhere.

Our catering includes 2 very different styles, that sometimes come together to create the perfect event, centered around you.
Flying Pig Cook Shop specializes in large groups, with passed hors d'oeuves and "pickin' stations", as well as our 'Q For a Cause charity events.
Harry's Secret Supper Club focusses on dinners for up to 20 guests, serving delicious full course meals with a distinctive nod to classic Supper Club dishes of days gone by.
All menus are custom-made, in collaboration with the host and hostess.
